Day 01: Madurai – Chettinad (95 kms / approx. 2 hrs)
Upon arrival in Madurai, visit the magnificent Meenakshi Temple, a renowned pilgrimage site with intricate architecture and vibrant sculptures. After the temple visit, proceed to Chettinad, known for its palatial mansions and rich cultural heritage. Spend the rest of the day exploring Chettinad. Visit the grand Chettinad mansions and explore the region's temples including Vairavanpatti Temple, Karpaga Vinayagar Temple, and Kundrakudi Murugan Temple. Overnight in Chettinad.
Day 02: Chettinad - Rameshwaram- Chettinad (155 kms / approx. 3 hrs one way)
Start early for a day trip to Rameshwaram, approximately a 3-hour drive from Chettinad. Visit the famous Ramanathaswamy Temple and take a trip to Dhanushkodi, known for its scenic beauty and historical significance. Explore the Pamban Bridge and other local attractions before returning to Chettinad for the night
Day 03: Chettinad - Pondicherry via Thanjavur and Kumbakonam (280 kms / approx. 7 hrs)
Depart from Chettinad in the morning and head towards Thanjavur. Visit the iconic Brihadeeswarar Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Continue to Kumbakonam to see the Airavatesvara Temple and other historical sites. In the afternoon, proceed to Pondicherry, where you'll check into your hotel and relax for the evening. Day 04: Pondicherry Sightseeing
