Day 1: Ahmedabad – Dwarka (450 km / 10 hrs)
Arrive at Ahmedabad in the morning and begin your spiritual journey to Dwarka, one of the Char Dham pilgrimage destinations. En route, visit the Bala Hanuman Temple at Jamnagar, famous for its continuous chanting of the “Ram Dhun.” On arrival in Dwarka, check in to your hotel. In the evening, visit the divine Dwarkadhish Temple followed by a peaceful walk along Gomti Ghat. Overnight stay in Dwarka.
Day 2: Dwarka Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, embark on a full-day temple tour. Take a ferry to Beyt Dwarka, believed to be Lord Krishna’s original abode. Later, visit Nageshwar Jyotirlinga, one of the twelve revered Jyotirlingas of Shiva. Continue to Rukmani Temple, dedicated to Lord Krishna’s consort, and Gopi Talav, a site linked to the stories of the Gopis. Spend the evening relaxing at Shivrajpur Beach, a serene and clean seashore. Overnight stay in Dwarka.
Day 3: Dwarka – Porbandar – Somnath (250 km / 5 hrs)
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Somnath, stopping en route at Porbandar. Here, visit Kirti Mandir, the birthplace memorial of Mahatma Gandhi, and Sudama Temple, dedicated to Krishna’s childhood friend. Upon arrival in Somnath, check in at the hotel and relax. Later in the evening, visit the grand Somnath Temple, attend the evening aarti, and explore Bhalka Tirth, Triveni Sangam, and Gita Mandir. Overnight stay at Somnath.
Day 4: Somnath – Sasan Gir (50 km / 1 hr)
After an early breakfast, drive to Sasan Gir, the only habitat of Asiatic Lions in the world. On arrival, check in to your jungle lodge or hotel. After a short break, enjoy an adventurous Gir Jungle Safari (subject to permit availability), where you may encounter lions, leopards, deer, and numerous bird species. Return to your stay for dinner and overnight in Gir.
Day 5: Sasan Gir – Junagadh (50 km / 1 hr)
After breakfast, depart for Junagadh, a town rich in mythology and religion. On reaching, check in to your hotel and refresh. Proceed to Girnar Hill, a holy site with thousands of steps and revered temples at the top. If trekking the full 9,999 steps isn’t feasible, you may use the ropeway service (up to 5,000 steps, subject to weather). Later, visit the sacred Damodar Kund, located at the base of the hill and believed to be a Moksha-giving site. Return to hotel and stay overnight at Junagadh.
Day 6: Junagadh – Virpur – Rajkot (100 km / 2 hrs)
After breakfast, check out and begin your return journey to Rajkot. En route, visit Jalaram Bapa Temple in Virpur, a major pilgrimage site for devotees. You will be dropped at Rajkot Airport or Railway Station as per your departure schedule, concluding your spiritually fulfilling and culturally rich Gujarat tour.
