Day 1: Ahmedabad – Bhuj (350 km / 6 hrs)
Arrive in Ahmedabad in the morning and begin your journey to Bhuj, the cultural capital of Kutch. On reaching Bhuj, check in to your hotel and refresh. In the afternoon, visit the Smriti Van Earthquake Memorial Museum, built to honor the victims of the 2001 earthquake with immersive exhibits and a hilltop view. Later, enjoy a serene evening walk by Hamisar Lake, located at the heart of the town. Overnight stay will be in Bhuj.
Day 2: Bhuj – Lakhpat – Koteshwar – Narayan Sarovar – Bhuj
After breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to Lakhpat, a historic walled town at the western tip of Kutch. Visit the massive Lakhpat Fort and enjoy views of the desolate yet striking Rann. Continue to Narayan Sarovar, one of the five sacred lakes of Hinduism, and visit the Koteshwar Mahadev Temple, located at the westernmost point of India. Also stop at Matano Madh, a revered temple of Lord Ashapura. Return to Bhuj by evening for an overnight stay.
Day 3: Bhuj – Nirona Village – Black Hill – White Desert – Bhuj
Post breakfast, head to Nirona Village, known for preserving rare handicrafts such as Rogan painting, lacquer work, and copper bell art. Engage with the artisans and witness their centuries-old techniques. Continue to Kala Dungar (Black Hill), the highest point in Kutch, offering panoramic views of the White Rann. Spend the evening in the White Desert, watching the magical sunset over the salt plains — a truly surreal experience. Return to Bhuj for overnight stay.
Day 4: Bhuj – Mandvi (60 km / 1.5 hrs)
After breakfast, check out and depart for Mandvi, a historic port town known for its beaches and royal architecture. On arrival, check in to the hotel and refresh. Begin sightseeing with a visit to the beautiful Vijay Vilas Palace, an exquisite royal residence surrounded by gardens and used in several Bollywood films. Continue to 72 Jinalaya, a peaceful Jain temple complex, and the Shyamji Krishna Varma Memorial, dedicated to the freedom fighter and patriot. Spend the evening unwinding at Mandvi Beach, enjoying the sunset by the Arabian Sea. Overnight stay in Mandvi.
Day 5: Mandvi – Bhuj Drop
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Bhuj. You will be dropped at Bhuj Railway Station or Airport as per your schedule. The tour concludes with soulful memories of Kutch’s deserts, crafts, temples, and coastal beauty.
