Day 1: Arrival at Kannur
Upon arrival at Kannur Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your beautiful beach resort (approximately 1 hour drive). Check in and relax after your journey. Spend the remainder of the day at leisure, soaking in the tranquil coastal atmosphere. Overnight stay at the resort in Kannur.
Day 2: Explore the Hidden Gems of Kannur
After breakfast, embark on a scenic excursion to the pristine Valiyaparamba Beach, followed by a visit to the serene Kavvayi Backwaters, renowned for their breathtaking landscapes and peaceful surroundings. In the afternoon, proceed to the sacred Parassinikkadavu Temple and visit the famous Snake Park nearby. Later, explore the historic St. Angelo Fort, a magnificent seaside fort showcasing Kerala's colonial heritage. End the day with a relaxing stroll along the picturesque Payyambalam Beach before returning to the resort. In the evening, enjoy an authentic Malabar dinner specially prepared by the resort's chef. Day 3: Kannur – Wayanad
After breakfast, check out from the resort and drive through the scenic countryside to the lush hill station of Wayanad (approximately 4–5 hours). Upon arrival, check into your resort and unwind amidst nature. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided village walk through a traditional tribal colony, offering a unique glimpse into the local culture and lifestyle. Return to the resort for a relaxing evening. Overnight stay in Wayanad.
Day 4: Wildlife & Heritage of Wayanad
Begin your day early with a visit to the renowned Muthanga Wildlife Sanctuary, where you may spot elephants, deer, and various species of birds in their natural habitat. Return to the resort for breakfast before heading to the fascinating Edakkal Caves, famous for their ancient rock carvings dating back thousands of years. Return to the resort for lunch, and spend the afternoon at leisure amidst the serene surroundings. In the evening, relish a delightful dinner and interact with the resort's chef to learn about the rich culinary traditions of Kerala. Overnight stay in Wayanad.
Day 5: Wayanad – Calicut (Kozhikode)
After breakfast, check out and drive to Calicut (approximately 3–4 hours). The journey itself is an unforgettable experience as you descend through the winding hairpin bends of the Western Ghats, surrounded by lush forests and panoramic valley views. En route, visit the Bee Craft Honey Museum (subject to time availability). Upon arrival in Calicut, check into your hotel. Later, visit the historic Beypore Beach, famous for its traditional shipbuilding industry and spectacular sunset views. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 6: Calicut – Cochin
After breakfast, visit the Pazhassiraja Archaeological Museum, home to a fascinating collection of historical artifacts and ancient sculptures. Return to the hotel, check out, and proceed to Cochin (approximately 5.5–6.5 hours). Upon arrival, check into your hotel and spend the evening at leisure exploring the city or relaxing at the hotel. Overnight stay in Cochin.
Day 7: Village Experience & Heritage Tour of Cochin
After breakfast, proceed to Kumbalanghi, India's first model tourism village, where you will receive a traditional welcome with refreshing tender coconut water. Experience authentic village life through activities such as a country boat ride, visits to crab farms, coir-making units, coconut leaf weaving, and the iconic Chinese fishing nets. Enjoy a delicious traditional Kerala lunch overlooking the tranquil backwaters. In the afternoon, explore the cultural treasures of Fort Kochi, including the Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica, and Vasco da Gama Square. Conclude the day with a captivating cultural performance featuring Kerala's classical dance forms and martial arts at Greenix Village before returning to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 8: Departure from Cochin
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. You will be transferred to Cochin International Airport according to your flight schedule (approximately 1.5 hours drive). Depart with wonderful memories of an unforgettable journey through the scenic landscapes, rich heritage, vibrant culture, and warm hospitality of God's Own Country – Kerala.
